General Questions
Often times, customers bring us artwork that needs to be modified to print on a garment. Email your artwork to info@schoolspiritwear4u.com or directly to your account manager, and they will work with it until you are satisfied.

SSW4U is known for being one of the fastest screen printers in the community! Our standard turnaround is 10 days from when the artwork is approved. Embroidery takes up to two weeks. Occasionally we can do rush orders for an additional fee.
We ship to anywhere in Canada and USA!
You will get an automated message from our system telling you that your order is complete. We promise that your order will be ready for pickup at 3:00pm on the day we agreed to on the invoice. If you need other arrangements or require special delivery, just ask!
Ah, the infamous re-order! If you need to add onto your order before it has been printed, please call us ASAP. In the event that your order has been printed and you would like to re-order or add on to the existing order, we still require a 12 piece minimum per design. If for some reason you can’t hit that 12 piece minimum on a re-order, we may have to charge a re-setup fee depending on the complexity of the job.
The minimum order is 12 pieces for screen printing, 6 pieces for embroidery, 6 pieces for DTG or DTF, 5 pieces for tackle twill, 48 pieces for stickers and 36 pieces for magnets.
Decoration Questions
At SSW4U we offer screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, embroidery, tackle twill and vinyl transfers.
Stock inks are available or we can mix custom colors for you.
At SSW4U we try to avoid changing ink colours on screen printed apparel because of the amount of time required to remove all the plastisol ink from the screen. In the event that it does occur, on a case by case scenario, an additional charge may occur.
The standard printing size is 10” – 11” wide for a front or back print, 3” – 4” wide for a chest print and 3” – 3.75” wide for a sleeve print. When printing on youth clothing the standard sizes are smaller to fit the garments.
The standard embroidery size is 3” – 3.5” wide for a chest placement and 3” – 4” wide for a full front hat placement. If we are embroidering names on a chest or sleeve, the standard size is 0.5” tall.
We offer any sized number or name for each individual garment.
Yes, we can customize items for an additional fee based on characters and location.
